GOOD REASONS TO QUIT

I thought I would let this group make a list of good reasons to quit. There are so many of them! You might write something down that I never thought of! I'll start out and then you can add your reason. You can add as many as you want.........
1. I finally got honest with myself after over 30 years of smoking and making excuses to smoke.

Well in 5 days I will start my EX stop quit smoking after some 62 years as a smoker. I have tried to quit before but never made it as a non smoker. When I first started smoking cig's cost .25 cents a pac. Now day's cig's are over $7 buks a pac.

I really hope this EX program is going to do the trick. Time will tell.
