Hello Alll, welcome to Ex,Last year on Feb 6th with i was in the first 24 hours of my quit I found Ex and i found Feb Quit date.

I got a lot of support here.It is not easy to quit but it is doable...with willingness and support YOU WILL Stay Quit.

I am a former 3.5 pack a day smoker.

I never though i would quit.I thought i would smoke through a traech.

A friend got so sick it scared me..I asked God to give me the willingness to quit.He did.

One day at a time things will get better.I smoked a lot! so i hd sweats and nightmakes and even the shakes....

I am so gratefull to be free.

Not one puff no matter what!!!

Quit since Feb 6th 2011=1year plus

hi all , it's been 24 days since my last cigarette and I feel great, I can breath again. I get a bit antsy from time to time, I use an e-cig to get me through the rough spots. I am now down to a lower level of nicotine but still have the hand to mouth sensation without overeating.I quit 4 times before with various aids and haven't been successful. This time will be different, my mind is in a much different place now. I was smoking for 40 years , I was just a baby when I started, so to speak. I am now all grown up and I do think differently now. I have more control of where I am going and how I get there. love this web site and will continue to visit to read and see how all are doing. good luck to all

Hello, My name is Mary, I quit smoking Feb 28th 2011. It feels so good to be able to say that, I QUIT.... Not a easy road, but what I am finding is I was three times more stressed smoking and knowing I had to quit. I am using the patches, I know some say negative things about any NRT's, but I have to do it the best way I know how. I hope everyone is doing well, this is a tough fight for most, but a fight well worth fighting. Good luck to all.

Hi Everyone! I quit Feburary 10 2012.  Yesterday, I was in a Casino and I DID not even consider lighting up a cigarette like I would have in the past.  In fact, I simply forgot about smoking.  Did not stay a long time though ( 2 hours). Anyway, I thought I would jump in to this group since it is a Feb Quit Group.

Hi I'm Valerie and my quit date was February 28, 2013.  It has been 140 days to this date.  Hello my fellow February quitters!  I am so happy and feel so good and I never had so much energy!  I have taken up Yoga which helps in relieving stress and exercises muscles I never knew I had.  Love this feeling of being nicotine free.  Any believers in prayer please pray for my son, Christopher to be released from nicotine as well.

Thanks.
