Feb: What's Your Quit Date?

My quit date is February 1, 2019.  I'll do some mini quits within the next few weeks though.  What had worked before, was the nicotine gum and just having the attitude of being a nonsmoker, and keeping busy.

As long as you do, that is what's important.   Many of us have had multiple attempts to quit.  See it as a learning experience and move forward.  Reach out to the community before you smoke.   That''s what we're here for.

You can do this.

I don't know how you prepared for your last quit, but education, planning, preparation, support and commitment are keys to success at this.  Einstein said that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.

Don't spend time beating yourself up over this.  Spend it getting ready for your next (and, I hope, final) quit!

We can help.  Let us know how!
