Extra motivation for quitters

I'm trying to compile some extra motivation to my quitting attempt.  I have the lists and reasons for why I want to quit and I read them often.  However, it's been motivating just hearing the lies and deciet by the smoking industry that has led to us slowly killing ourselves.  These motivate me by knowing that every day I go without smoking means less money I'm giving these lying bastards.  I just imagine these guys sitting on a 15,000 square foot mansion sipping champaign with a sinister laugh about how they are able to legally push their drug to every person in this country.

This one takes the cake (look at 6:40).  It would be funny if it weren't such a blatant lie!

Quitting is not that bad....a few days of active vigilence and presto you are a non-smoker'I am a pack a day addict of 45 years in this nasty ass habit. I quit for 5 months last year after a near fatal fall and Chantix

Chantix made me crazy...the psycho b""""" from hell!

My belief is quitting is not that bad...we are hyper vigilent for that first week..the nicotine is gone for the most part

a few epson salt baths and it is out of your skin as well..

The real work is everyday after you quit....NEVER let your gaurd down...NOT ONCE!

It can get you if you relax...PERIOD!

I believe the work begins every day and wonder if it ever goes away....

those 10 minutes of breathing and waiting for the urge to pass..is what addiction is about...

that visitor that sneaks in if you take your eye off the prize...HEALTH

So I am about to quit again....everyday, at every impulse to smoke...and I hope to hold onto the reality

Quitting is easy!
