Hello everyone! My name is Jim and my quit date was December 26th, 2013. I am on day 28 and going very strong. Most mornings I wake up and don't even think about smoking anymore. Life is so much better without the nicotine. How are all of you doing with your quits?
Hi, I quit smoking December 22, 2013 still doing great I went cold Turkey this time,I have done the patch about 3 times and always go back to smoking, but this is it no more. Hope everyone is still doing good, Helen.
