I'm a light smoker (1/2 pack a day), but I really need to quit as I have dental implants and I'm putting that $7000 dental surgery in jeopardy cuz of cigs.
I tend to slip when I'm angry and my husband and I had our first fight of 2010 a few minutes ago. Happy New Year 😞
My last cigarette was yesterday early evening. I started up a few months ago after 20 years of non-smoking and this time I'm finding it hard to quit...not like 20 years ago.
