Day 9 and I still feel crappy one minute I'm good and the next I'm crappy when will it end

I got a recumbent stationary bike for $50, it lists at over $500.  The guy who sold it to me wanted something else. It really is a great way to exercise without weight bearing and I can't bear weight for any length of time.  YoungAtHeart‌ is right, check Craig's List or even the garage sale portion of Facebook.

Ten is a WONDERFUL number and here comes 11!

Hello dont be hard on yourself it gets easier as the hours and days go on try some mint gum. Ive been smoke free since January 31 you can do this
