Good Morning Everyone..
just checking in here .. day 18 for me..been exercising daily , haven’t gotten the eating thing down yet. Baby steps here.. I’m just so glad I don’t smoke!!

Congratulations on 18 DOF it's truly amazing. And don't worry you'll get the eating thing down. Most people have trouble with exercising too so you're a step ahead of the game!
18 days is YUGE! Good for you!
Exercising should help with the overeating....and whatever it doesn't take care of can be dealt with further along in your quit. You will be amazed at the extra time (and energy) you will have!

Congratulations on 18 days and baby steps count...they are very, very important in a quit. I am really happy for you...the eating thing is secondary, it really can't ALL be done at one time.
