   If you use any code other than the "direct link" code to post a picture on QPC party, you get a lot of stuff from the link, but you can't use the "direct link" to post on the message board because you get the stuff from the link. It's just vice versa. crazy, I know.

GRAPHICS ON BLOGS:

you just have to do them by copying the code from a website.  You can't just upload from your hard drive like we could before.  I am very saddened by this!

  I guess this copying and pasting the code doesn't work on a blog.  It works on the comments on people's pages.  How did you get it to work for you up above?

   CARENDA and SYLVIA....................in the comment box click on the far right icon which is the PHOTO icon, then copy the url into the box that says ALTERNATIVE TEXT.  the photo will post.

  Well, I finally got it to work by pasting the code into the Alternate text box.  Dawn...you said to paste the url into the alternate text box, so that's what I did in the one just above the Hugs picture.

At last another great idea we all have been posting the same help answers to each other over and over and so of us missing out on some answers this is a great group thanks for starting it.

Now see If I want to post a picture here I have to use the direct link because use see about the like picture icon well that is where you would post picture link in the URL box any time you see this picture box on a page you know to use the Direct Link and paste to the URL in the picture icon.

Yes you know why it didn't work first time I had a message also typed along with the pictue and it would not take it.  Interesting.

QPC GROUP PARTIES WE ALL NEED TO LEARN TO GIVE OUR SUPPORT

Lots of parties on QPC group ... I think maybe some of you would like to come give congratulations but are confussed at the page I sure was here you go

The page you come to is just the comments page

To see the parties or post a party you have to click on GROUP DISCUSSIONS it is on your right hand side when you get there you will see all the parties.

To post a picture use a Direct Link and post it in the little picture icon in the URL box

Once you have did it .. it is easy just takes a little time to get on to it ..

Wish they would put it back like it was so when you went to the page you saw the parties ... I will PM them about it ..

Please try to come and put parties up for your friends it help with everyone's quit ... Thanks

When posting a comment or graphic there's no way to delete and start over if you make a mistake.

Agreed, Carenda.  Just left a message on Spunkie's board and wanted to edit it due to a typo/spelling error.  No way to do so.  Nor delete it. 

Another problem I'm having:  I copied ALL the Relapse Traps forum material (all the posts).  Tried to put them back on this new site.  Only The Stress Trap came out ok.  The Drinking Trap and the Anger Trap posts are bleeding over into the right "black" margin area so that you can't read them.  Not sure why this is happening.  If anybody has any ideas...feel free...

Learned something new:  When trying to paste in a discussion in Relapse Traps, all the material kept going over into the right black margin area  and couldn't be read.  I was trying to separate certain remarks with dotted lines or asterisks.  I was essentially just letting the line go like this ********************** all the way to the right side of the comment box.  THAT was what was creating the problem.  So if you want to separate things like that, just make them a whole lot shorter in length.

When trying to put a photo in my group at the top of a new group discussion I managed to do so by copying the Direct Link code from Photobucket and then clicking on the Image icon on Ex (rather than the Link icon ) and pasting it in.  When you then press OK and hold the mouse button down, it will show you a preview of the photo.  Once you let the mouse button go, it will appear on the post.
