Coming Back From a Relapse

Hi...I'm Suzy, a new member of the Ex community. I recently relapsed following four months into my quit. I'm sure the one cigarette I had on November 11th led directly to my downfall. I have smoked heavily for 61 years and now need and want to quit due to a concerning health issue. I look forward to getting to know others in this group.
