Give and get support around quitting
Hello. I have committed to a start date for tomorrow. I usually have a cigarette craving the first thing in the morning, when I get out of bed. Does anyone have any tips to beat this early morning craving?
As was suggested to me because I am the same, put your shoes on soon as you awake and take a quick walk if possible. I just quit yesterday, so take it one minute at a time if you have too. WE GOT THIS!!!

Change up your behaviors. If you drink coffee in the morning, drink it in a different place, etc.

I did 2 things......
1. brushed my teeth first thing
2. decided on a small chore to do every morning, nothing big, just a job I could complete in 10 - 20 minutes.
I picked something the night before so I wouldn't have to think of anything other than completing the task
