Attn: All Ex Smokers:

Did any of y'all use any types of medication to help reduce the urge to smoke? For example, chaotic, well button, etc. If so does it really help? And could you give me some recommendation's? I see my doctor tomorrow and need to know of I should ask him for a prescription.

Good morning! 

Wellbutrin worked for me, it made cigarettes taste even worse than they already did!  Good luck!  I think everyone is different, and you may find one thing works better for  you than for someone else!  

I only used it for 40 days and I did not use any NRT's.  I wanted to be free from everything!  But I know everyone is different!
