Hello All! Are there any anniversaries in November (i.e. 1, 2 years?) I would find it encouraging to find some EX's here who have stayed off the smoke for a year or more. I would also like to congratulate them for their achievement-- basking in your smoke-free life!Looking forward to my one-year!
Looks like some of us with November quit dates are making good progress... one day at a time. (I'm now officially 5 days smoke-free, 1 day nicotine-free) Congratulations everyone, on your achievements!! Keep up the good success!
3 weeks today! I am so glad I quit! I am starting to breathe easier and feel better.... I am eating alot more... will probably put on a few pounds.... but I can work that off later... one battle at a time! good luck to all
