well, the cravings aren't as bad as my MIND!! Does anyone else have to keep reminding themselves that you dont smoke today? sheesh!! the morning was AWFUL that ismy favorite one.... oops - was my favorite one...
Deb, How are you doing today? I'm having a rough morning, all I can think about is having a cig but I'm not going to. I'm drinking lots of water and chewing my gum, I gotta get through this day with out a smoke.
