Day 3 and proud of myself but I noticed at times I go to reach for a cigarette and realized I quit just a little humor during this journey I at my self

Without every one here I would feel so alone
Some of smoking is habit. After I first quit, I would reach for them in my purse when I was out and would have the momentary feeling of panic that I forgot my cigarettes. You're learning new behaviors now. It's good to have a sense of humor right now.
Big congrats on day 3.
And a laugh provides you a brief hit of dopamine - something you are missing when you quit. Do it early and often!

You are so NOT alone, we are all here to support you and help you and remind you that it WILL get better. I would leave the house feeling like I forgot something, it was always the fact that I quit smoking and I didn't need to bring cigarettes with me.
