A cigarette is NOT going to change anything.

AHHHHHHHHHHH Ok a cigarette is NOT going to make my kids pick up after themselves, it's NOT going to unclog my kitchen sink right now, and it's NOT going to change the fact that even though I asked the contractor working on my house for a couple days notice to clear out my kitchen for the makeover he has given my 16 hours. It will NOT make anything better and the only thing it will do is leave me even more frustrated then I started out with if I give in. SO knock if off self, get a grip, and work through it. I'm NOT going to lose this quit NOW...

Just needed to let loose here. Thanks for listening.

3 hours later..........The kids apologized, the sink is unclogged, and I've almost got the kitchen empty...Thank you Lord for not letting me cave...Today marks one month for me..........AMEN to that........

Thanks Linda. Just got back from visiting family out of town and am still going strong. I really feel like this quit will be it....Congrats to you as well on 40 days. It is so nice to take back control...:)
