That's amazing to me...
Cravings are way down and the brain-fog has lifted.

@Snowdoggie I totally agree I can't take even another puff of
the evil tobacco. Like A.A., I'm one for total abstinence when it
comes to addiction. I found American Spirits winking at me
at the 7-11 and I beat feet out there! No way do I want to
start over!!

Wow so happy for you!  I’m 26 days in and feel pretty accomplished, can’t wait to reach my 50th!  Thanks for sharing gives me hope that I can do this.
