Congratulations Karen, 752 DOF for me, 15,051 cigarettes avoided. That is a little over $ 5,000 in 2 years in the state of AZ, and in my pocket.
Congratulations!
Congratulations Karen, yay and yay again for Smokefree living.
Congratulations Karen, You're doing fantastic!
They add up quickly, don't they?!!! Amazing to think that we smoked that many cigarettes in only a couple of weeks. You know what was one of the most exciting milestones for me, aside from the One Year? That "one year of life saved." Which according to the calculator I use takes a LOT longer (like almost 9.5 times longer) than one year of not smoking. Currently I've got 4415 smoke free days and I've saved 459 days of my life. You are doing great! In two more weeks you will have not smoked one thousand cigarettes. How 'bout that!
Life saved: 1 year, 21 weeks, 2 days, 23 hours, 45 minutes.
KOKO,
Keep up the good quit Karen.
In 13 years & 6 months I have avoided smoking 148,004 sticks of death.
Keep on keepin on,
I agree.
600 cigarettes not smoked really opened my eyes today.
