44 Days

I can't believe it, it's been 44 days since i quit. wow i have made it this far. never thought i could do it, but it definately is the best thing i could ever do.

Just starting... I'm in the preparation stage. Have quit many times... once for 13 years. Last quit was for two months on Chantix this fall. I hate having to smoke in the freezing cold weather!

Thank you very much, i think you have to post in under the new discussion. i'm not that good at doing this. i think i just got lucky by going to right spot, the first time. I am tired of everything having to do with the habit, so i think i picked the right time to quit.

i would love to quit but it is so hard to do when someone else in the home smokes to you know.but i have tried that chantix also and it did not help me at all.how do i get on here to have a conversation with someone.i am new at this also.
