2day is the Day

My quit date is June 28th...but i wanted to join in with you all since my date is at the end of the Month. I will need the support. This will be my 5th time trying 2 quit. I gotta get it right this time. Not much 2 say as of now...still have guilt & shame........wish me luck.

Hey ...went back again...I think I am going to go back to the initial becoming an ex system..that seemed to get me to quit for 3 weeks. However, this time I am actually going to come up with a quit date rather than quitting on the spot. If you think about it, Two days is 4th of July I am not staying in lol. So I have to come up with a good day and then stay in for a week to overcome the withdrawals.

it's good to be honest with yourself....when you get that quit date locked down...we will support you. take it easy

what's going on shereen......i'm still hangin...on day 5..smoke free BABY!!....LOL
We have decided to go to Atlanta this weekend.....wish me luck....i think i'll make it thru....how are you doing so far?
