Yay! and Hurray! on your 20 days. The struggles may seem real at the moment but before long it will be secocnd nature to be a nonsmoker.  You are doing this my friend. One day at a time and NOPE will get you success.  I love Red he seems to have a wonderful personality and sure is handsome. YOu got this!!

I did not know at the time or cared Irish I only wanted to smoke just selfish I feel so bad for my grand children and red Im so glad I quit ( teared up )
