Hi 2 months have passed by already it has been a rocky road but I would not change it for the world I think it is the hardest thing I have ever done for my self but also the best!

Good for you, I'll be 7 weeks tomorrow and yes this is the HARDEST thing ever. Never again, the pluses are too many being a non-smoker, there is absolutely nothing to gain from smoking. Stay strong and CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!

I've gained a few also and yes I love sweets. I spoke to my Doctor about it and he said that we'll worry about one thing at a time and I agree. I'll deal with the weight after I have atleast a few months behind me. Stay strong.

I'm so glad someone else agrees with me, the bottom line is that my mind can't handle SOME MANY THINGS AT ONCE!!!!!!!! HAHAHAHAH

Two months wow! Who have ever thougth we'd make it that far let alone for the rest of our lives? Anyone who has attempted to quit will tell you that any milestone is a good one no matter what it is and should be celebrated. Congratulations!
