100 days smoke free

Well since I started this journey I've be an reluctant to say that I quit smoking and no longer smoke.  Well no more.  Today I am 100 days smoke free and hear me loud and clear.  I quit smoking and no longer smoke.  I am a non smoker!!!!  YIPPEE!!!!   I am embracing my journey and hope you enjoy your journey too.I
