What's your experience after the 7mg patch?

Hello everyone. I'm looking for some feedback from people who have used the patch.  Tomorrow will be my last day on 7mg (the lowest step).  What was your experience like?  Thanks in advance.

I realize I'm really late to this discussion, but just found this site.  After 3 quits I've decided to use the patches this time around,combined with all the incredible information on this site.  This discussion was really helpful to me.  Thanks to you all.

I never used the 7mg patches. After my second set of patches I felt strong enough to go patchless. My way of moving forward in my quit drawing on my inner strength. I was nervous I’d fail but I succeeded. Everyone is going to do what’s right for them.
