Meditate your Trigger

Meditation has been an effective method for me in dealing with stress. Now I plan to use it to deal with my triggers. Yoga should help me maintain a healthy weight while quitting. I just hope to be able to make it through this. I think a simple 5 breathe stress cleanse will be effective in trigger cases.

5 breath stress cleanse:
Take a deep breath in. Remember why you want to quit.
Let the breath out. Recognize what it is that is making you want to smoke.
Take a deep breath in. Tell yourself you are stronger than that cigarette.
Let the breath out. Resolve yourself to make it 5 more minutes before lighting up.
Repeat the last two steps one time.
Take a deep breath in. Realize that you are okay without that cigarette.
Let the breath out. You have made it.

Good plan, Meditation is great as is yoga.
