Do I give my 18-year-old a UA to see if he's vaping nicotene and/or thc?

I've caught him doing both in his room and he admits to vaping over the last year.  Now he says he's not vaping anymore.

Unfortunately, I cannot trust him. This makes me so sad, but it's a reality.

I'd like to have him take a UA randomly but I don't want to push him away since he's just starting to talk to me again.

I've offered to pay for counseling and sent him the texting number for This is Quitting, but he won't sign up for it.  He thinks it's no big deal and he can handle it.

Any suggestions?
