You can also search in page with Ctrl + F (Cmd + F if on Mac) and then type in a word in the pop up and it will look to see if anyone else has posted a word on the page.

I'm guessing it hasn't indexed that comment in search yet which is odd as Nancy's was 13 hrs ago. Shouldn't matter on case of the letters. Search should be case-insensitive.
