Some of our quitter's who also want to watch their waistlines are older (and I'm getting there fast myself) so I found this website and have been there before. Good reference for exercise for different conditions. I.E Arthritis, back problems, diabetes, etc.... Hope you have fun exploring it! Even found an exercise program for those who have been seditary and need to start REALLY slow, like my Mom who has had 2 hip replacements, back surgery and 2 other surgeries in the last 5 years! ANY MOVEMENT IS GOOD MOVEMENT!!
