I apologize. I received an email from someone having trouble with their quit due to weight gain and fear of weight gain. I deleted it and got onto this site but CAN'T find the blog they posted to that sent me the email. I am so sorry!! Please respond again or send me a private message, I would love to talk to you about this. As with many people who have been obese/morbidly obese I do understand your concerns. There is a lot I would like to share about my journey. Don't mind sharing here but it would be a LONG post. Don't want to put everyone to sleep!! LOL This is not an insomnia site!! HAHA
