Hello everyone,
I quit vaping 9 months ago. I had a problem with weight gain the first few months. However, I have lost weight since. I'm back to my previous weight. I cut back eating and walked more. I feel great. I have also convinced my husband to quit smoking. We are both doing great and smoke free. I do not have cravings anymore. It was hard work but I did it. I want to thank everyone here for helping me. I don't think I would have made it without you guys.
