I've been a member of a gym for about 5 years now and I was a motivated gym rat up until. I suffered a stroke back in February of 2019. I go here and there but I am struggling to get back to working out consistently. I go to physical therapy twice a week and want to get back to the gym in between. I just don't seem to have the energy to do it. I'm hoping that now I am not smoking my energy level will pick up.
