I am down 7 more inches for this past month with grand total of 16 pounds lost since these challenges. Hoping we all keep challenging each other. Thanks for all the work in this one Kristen.

Day 5 done for me too. OUCH says my arms!!  I have a hard time doing the floor tricep dip as my hand won't go flat. So finding something else to do in its place.

I don’t do the Tricep dips.  Too hard on my shoulders.
