I am a little over a month quit & I just signed up for a 5k in January to help hold me accountable. I am going to start by walking each night, slowly adding in jogging, & I really hope this helps me stay quit!!

Exercise is one of the best quit tools! A 5K sounds like a lofty goal and a good one for which to aim. Working towards it is the way to go,
