tsarina0805 Day 1 I have been making it on 2 cigarettes a day and now comes the moment of truth. I want to be an EX. I am chewing the life out of this gum and have a patch on. I posted a no smoking sign on my front door so my hubby won't smoke in the house. He is trying to quit too. This is it. No smokes today. These message boards are life savers. 🙂 Lisa
