fishrmann I made many attempts to quit myself and it is very hard.I know that I will find myself around others who smoke and it is going to be hard for me at first to NOT ask for a cigarette. I am seriously needing some help from serious people who are strong minded with their quitting. This is the first website that I have been able to interact with other people who are kicking that habit.
