topcat4 only one urge 2 smoke today, still it it was discomforting because i did not want 2 play the tape out which is the fact that i am going to deeply remorseful that i didn't get busy polishing my shoes or doing any activity because the obsession dissapates quickly when i get busy. Instead i played the tape all the way out and decided that smoking a sickorette was detrimental to me in numerous ways and now i'm about ready for bed thanking god for all the many blessings and sickorette free 2013.Topcat/refreshed.
