David-D That's so good to hear you're on your 3rd day and doing so well! You sound very happy too! Not even one puff! How awesome. And you're just about to make it over the 3 hardest days! After that its smooth sailing David! Wow you even got through work and standing on a roof 60 feet up? I've gotta hand it to you! Work can be very stressful sometimes. I used to work retail and tried to quit smoking... Was NOT happening for me! Ha! Stressful everyday......Once I left now look at me. Smoke free. Yes I would agree that Chantix helps you remain calm.
