Giulia Thanks for the info about AVG and that you know some experts online. I think I'm okay for now. I am now using AVG. I got help on the computer from a very nice man here in Chico. He worked at repairing computers most of his life. He is now retired but helps elderly and disabled people here in this area for free. It is his way of support.
