Edith2 thanks edith, that is inspirational!! today i have not smoked for 9 days.....this is the first time in my life i have gone more than 3 hours without a smoke...............i am amazed daily that i can actually breath easy now.........lol. who new i would love breathing so much...lol. still often feel during the day that i would love to have a drag, but the feeling passes usually quickly. i have to believe that it will get easier over time RIGHT??????????? i live in canada with my husband and our 6 kids, life is busy here and that is what some of my issue is the stress of all these children........lol. i have to learn to do other things now other than going outside and smoking. sorry i am rambling on here......thanks for the welcome and encouragement!!!!!
