Day 1 Not too bad at work today.. but I'm home now and hubby smoke's..but I'm determined...my COPD is bad., I have to quit

It is possible to quit with a smoker.  Use the magnifying glass and do a word search on living with a smoker.  Read some of the blogs and the comments.  Here is one that I keep bookmarked.
