Denise28 Hey, Denise......I have smoked, on and off, for 38 years......that habit I quit 16 days ago was closet smoking.........thanks for your advice.....you are right.....it is the psychological addiction that is making me crazy....the least bit of stress and I think of smoking.....thats why I got those lozenges, which are actually kind of gross........I am just glad that I caved in and bought those instead of a pack of Marlboro lights!!!!........thanks for helping me.........Susie
