I am so happy to be non-smoking.........yesterday was a tough one, but I made it through....I can't believe that 10 days later, I am still tempting myself to start again......I just keep looking at the picture of my grandchildren and thinking of our future.......Thanks for your encouragement, I am glad I found this site!
