Jennie3 Thanks for checking things are going good. Yesterday was my quite day but I still had 4 cigs. I'm not to discouraged though, at least its a start. I love the graphics on your page by the way. I can't wait to say I have gone a full week without 1 cig. I promised my kids they will never see me smoke again and that I will hold true to.
