Cheryl7 Today is day 12 for me. really hard not going outside at work with the others and had to decline happy hour too. I know my triggers so i told myself go home get busy. gave my puppy a bath. She is a trip fought me the whole time. Like she was scared of going down the drain in the bathtub.then I came to get on line and get my support. Thanks for commenting. Hang in there we can do it.
