Mary84 Hey there friend. Well I have been back on the smokes for some time now and they are killing me. Thanks for being here for me. I have about four left in this pack and I am going to give them up. I find they start the same damage in so little time when you start again. I've been to WhyQuit.com and really find it very full of knowledge about nicotine addiction. They don't agree with using the NRT patches, gum, etc., and they make alot of sense. I have patches but don't know if I want to use them, but am at the point that I may have to for awhile. Keep me in your prayers Mary. You an angel.
