mrgroomlake David, I have smoked for 45 years. It wasen't till I read easyway that I finally realized cigarettes for what they really are. I am on day 2-no patches or gum. I feel amazing just to say I am an ex. Please try it his way and see if it works. You can always go for the patch if it gets that bad which it won't. Good luck.
