Edith2 Hi Judith! thanks for the comment last night. I"m doing pretty good today. My son had a FIT getting ready for daycare and I was sooo ready to light up! But I didnt!. I got through ok. 🙂 I smoked for 20 years. Its time to put on the big girl panties and quit! My friend, who is an ex, says you will quit when you are ready and not one day before then. I guess she's right, you have to be ready to let go of your best friend who is always there for you, never judges you, comforts you when you need it, loves you, calls your name in the night, but this friend is killing you-the smokes. You've smoked a long time. Its hard to change. But this is a positive change. You can do it!
