Cindy6 Welcome Cindy! I also promised by kids that I would try to quit again. This is my fifth attempt in 22 years so I know exactly where you're coming from. I had a really bad day yesterday and I came so close to smoking that it wasn't funny. I came here and vented a little bit, tried to keep myself busy, and before I knew it, that "bad day" was behind me. Are you using anything like chantix or lozenges to help you quit? It does make it a little bit easier with the cravings. There are a lot of very wonderful people here and they want nothing but the best for you (me included). If you need me for anything (even if you want to vent, it helps!) please don't be afraid to ask.
