SMOKELESSKIM Hello all! I am on day 8 without cigs....wish I could say I was thrilled. I mean I am not bummed, but I am not jumping up and down. My friend says I need to think like a non-smoker...well after 30 years of smoking that is not an easy switch of the mind. I am on Chantix, and for the most part it works. Actually I forgot my dose the A.M. and I could have lit up after work, so I know its doing something. I am breathing better than before. Guess I need to focus on the positives!!!!
