SierraCheryl I don't have a clue if it works or not. All I know is it does not get easier for me, as those who have STAYED quit say it will, the longer you're quit. So if this works for me, that's what I will do so I will remain nicotine free. I don't give a whit if it still looks as if I'm smoking - I'm not ingesting 3000 chemicals and poisonous nicotine into my system. One thing I will say, yesterday I would have smoked if it was not for the e-cig.
